In this week’s free webinar, SBDC director Kelly Bearden will be joined by Joshua Howk, Business Opportunity Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration, Fresno District Office. Howk will discuss how the SBA works with federal agencies to award 23% of prime government contracts to certified small businesses, requirements for certification, and where to apply.  

Questions from attendees will be taken.
