About this event

The 2021 Startup Investment & Community Capital Expo (SICC) is hosted by the Institute for Innovation and Economic Development (iiED) at California State University Monterey Bay (CSUMB). The event will be held  ONLINE  September 23, 2021. 

 

This fifth annual Startup Investment event is a collaboration between the Startup Investment community and Slow Money Northern California in the Monterey Bay region. This exciting event provides businesses, investors, Chamber members, and the larger Monterey Bay community a forum for pathways to funding local and regional startup business projects.

This year’s event will be online and connects the region's fastest-growing companies with investors and lenders to raise the capital they need to grow their business.  The SICC features speakers, panels and networking to power the Monterey Bay startup community to success.
