Victor Valdez with the Monterey Bay Procurement Technical Assistance Center will provide an introduction for businesses that are interested in pursuing contracts with government at all levels - federal, state and local. 

Megan Beckman from the City of Monterey's Capital Projects/Public Works team will talk about the process to become an approved vendor with the City of Monterey, as well as show their website listing currently open RFP bids

The next few workshops from the Building Business Back program will talk about the benefits and process for companies to get certified as having diverse ownership (ie, minority-owned, woman-owned, LGBTQ+ owned, or disabled-veteran-owned). All are available via Zoom or in-person.  This webinar is scheduled for in-person viewing in Seaside with information to follow as available.  The registration link will provide Zoom access.
