CA Rebuilding Fund: A Local Solution to the Access to Capital Program

The California Rebuilding Fund is a novel approach to financing. It is a public-private partnership that leverages government-backed capital with private equity to provide a standardized, low-interest loan to small business owners of color, women and business owners in rural areas.

During this event, we will also hear from city representatives to learn how they leveraged the Fund to provide interest-free and low-interest loans to entrepreneurs in their community.
