Design thinking is a human-centered, solution-focused approach to problem-solving that has rapidly gained recognition as a powerful tool for innovation. In this hands-on workshop, you will discover the fundamental principles and methodologies of design thinking and learn how to apply them to various challenges, from product development to process improvement and beyond. Led by Tim Clark, a seasoned product expert and founder of A Human Thing. 

During the training, we will: 

  • Present a refresher on the design thinking methodology
  • Simplify the methodology in an easily remembered framework
  • Establish the benefits of user-driven insights
  • Share tools for boosting innovation, capturing new markets, and crafting compelling stories.
  • Take away a clear repeatable process

Whether you're new to design thinking or you're looking for a refresher course, this workshop will introduce you to the framework's benefits and methods.
